Los Angeles experienced widespread celebrations after the Dodgers clinched a thrilling seven-match World Series title. Fans across the globe joined local residents in jubilation, marking the first time in a quarter-century that a franchise has secured back-to-back championships.
Victory Parade Draws Massive Crowds
Local celebrations included a procession through the city center on the morning of the parade, a ticketed rally at the team's home stadium, and spontaneous parties throughout the city.
Online footage depict countless of Los Angeles residents packing city center avenues, many displaying handmade banners and Dodger flags. The squad was seen traveling proudly on a double-decker bus through the crowds, raising the championship trophy proudly.
“I’m already thinking about the next championship we’re going to achieve this,” Shohei Ohtani remarked through an interpreter.
The procession path ended at the stadium, where the players emerged to Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us,” with DJ Mustard providing music and Ice Cube cruising a Pacific blue vintage Cadillac around the field.

Celebrations began well before the procession, with Dodgers fans setting off flares in the streets of Downtown Los Angeles on the previous evening.
The World Series MVP, named the MVP of the championship, spoke directly about the victory.
“Losing is not an option,” Yamamoto stated. “I adore this team. I love Los Angeles.”

However, the team owner was met with a less warm welcome at the rally. Recordings from the gathering appear to show him taking the stage to a mix of applause and jeers, with jeers interrupting his speech.
